• Noise walls. <br />• Council Member Stoesz is cognizant that the market drives development and he wants <br />project that is viable long-term. <br />• Council Member Roeser prefers bigger lots throughout but can understand that isn't <br />always possible; he agrees with the Mayor that the models are not correctly located for <br />the long term. <br />• Council Member Rafferty said he has to actually see what proposed lot sizes looks like <br />when built (he will participate in a tour). <br />• There was concurrence that commercial will not be included. <br />Planning & Zoning Board -May 13, 2015 <br />• Concern regarding lack of commercial. <br />• High aesthetics are a positive. <br />• Discussion to re -guide to all residential. <br />• Lot with and size discussion. <br />• What is the City getting? <br />• What are our public values? <br />• Increased tax revenue. <br />• Impressed with quality of housing product. <br />• No issue with roundabout. <br />
