Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of said <br />Government lot 1, and east line of U.S. Highway No. 8 as the same is now laid out and constructed, <br />thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said highway No. 8 a distance of fifty feet. Thence <br />south forty—two degrees, nine minutes east a distance of 829 1/10 feet, more or less to the shore of <br />Rice Lake. Together with all riparian rights caused by the recession of the waters of Rice Lake and <br />together with the rights of adverse possession as defined on the ground by old fence lines. <br />And the following described property in Section Twenty (20) said Township and Range, to —wit: beginning on <br />the East Quarter Corner of said Section Nineteen (19) thence east on the north line of the South Half of <br />Section Twenty (20), said Township and Tange to the shore of Rice Lake, thence southwesterly along the <br />shore of Rice Lake four hundred eighty four and one tenth feet (484.1 ft.) to the point where the shore <br />of Rice Lake intersects the east line of said Section Nineteen (19), thence north on the east line of said <br />Section Nineteen (19), to the point of commencement, containing one and eight tenths (1.8) acres more <br />or less. <br />PARCEL D. <br />Lots 1 thru 8, inclusive, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 151, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />PARCEL E <br />Tracts A and B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 103, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />PARCEL F <br />That part of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty—one (31) Range Twenty—two <br />(22), now known as that certain part of Lot Twelve (12) and of Lot Thirteen (13) in Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 151, according to the map or plat on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and <br />for Anoka County, which lies southwesterly of Tract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 103, and lies <br />northeasterly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot thirteen (13), said corner being on the Southeasterly line <br />of Trunk Highway No. 8 as now established; Thence South 42 degrees 20 minutes West along said highway <br />line for 721.6 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 47 degrees 40 <br />minutes East, at right angles to the preceeding course, for 585 feet, more or less, to the shore of Rice <br />Lake, and said line there terminating. <br />NOTES <br />— No Field survey was done by E.G.
