All parcels are on <br />private well and septic systems. <br />ANALYSIS <br />History <br />In January 2015, the City received a rezoning request from Robert and Carol Stanek to <br />rezone their properties located 6966 and 6970 Lake Drive from R-1, Single Family <br />Residential to R, Rural for the purpose of keeping animals.
