Background <br />• In August of 2014 Mattamy Homes submitted an application <br />for concept plan review. <br />• Comments on the plan were provided by each of the city <br />advisory boards as well as the City Council. <br />A summary of the board and council comments is attached. <br />Comments were generally supportive of the proposal. <br />
