CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-02 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT <br />FOR MARSHAN MEADOWS SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary and final plat approval <br />for Marshan Meadows Second Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed plat based on the <br />following plans and information: <br />• Plan Set dated December 13, 2013 prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />December 11, 2013 and the Board recommended approval of the preliminary and final <br />plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary and final plat meets the requirements of the City's <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the preliminary and final plat of Marshan Meadows Second <br />Addition, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The Variance Resolution, Final Plat and Development Contract shall be executed <br />by the City and the owner and recorded with Anoka County. <br />2. One (1) boulevard tree shall be required on Lot 2, Block 1, Marshan Meadows <br />Second Addition. <br />3. One (1) full size set of plans, preliminary plat and final plat shall be submitted to <br />the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />2014. <br />27th <br />day of Jan <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Stoesz <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and <br />upon vote beingtaken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, 'Ulsterman, Rafferty, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />1 <br />
