CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-18 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2014 <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to <br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed <br />and approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the <br />Pay Equity Law; and <br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non-union employees was revised to include a two <br />percent (2%) wage increase retroactive to January 1, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, a two percent wage increase was included in the 2014 budget for city personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the following salary schedule by adopted. <br />City of Lino Lakes 2014 Compensation Plan <br />Effective January 1, 2014 <br />Position <br />City Administrator <br />Minimum <br />Monthly <br />8,789 <br />9,228 <br />9,668 <br />10,107 <br />10,547 <br />Maximum <br />Monthly <br />10,986 <br />Public Safety Director <br />7,660 <br />8,043 <br />8,426 <br />8,809 <br />9,192 <br />9,575 <br />Finance Director <br />7,410 <br />7,780 <br />8,151 <br />8,521 <br />8,892 <br />9,262 <br />Public Serv.
