CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-19 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Edward Jones Financial has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Edward Jones Financial has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department is conducting a background check on the <br />company representatives that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Daniel Babbitt; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Edward Jones Financial to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning February 25th, 2014 and ending August 25th, 20143. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of February, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Kusterman"- Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Yu is e Bartell, C. y Cler <br />Jeff Rein- , Mayor <br />
