CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check in the past <br />12 month on the company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Jon Randall <br />Samuelson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six -months beginning May 12, 2014 and ending November 12, 2014. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />(Mc" <br />e Bartell, City Cl rk <br />Jeff Reinert or <br />
