CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-39 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Better Business Consultants has submitted a peddlers license application to the <br />city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Better Business Consultants has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter <br />613 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Erik Heide; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Erik Heide, an employee of Better Business Consultants is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six -months beginning May 12, 2014 and ending November 12, 2014. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of May, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
