CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-55 <br />Approving Renewal of Tobacco Licenses for the 2014/2015 Licensing Period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco <br />licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and verified that licensing requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has completed the required background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in <br />Exhibit A that is attached to this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of June 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Stoesz, Kusterman) <br />ATTEST: <br />uli.' e Bartell, Ci y C� <br />
