CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-83 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />NORTHPOINTE ROADWAY AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc., has signed a Petition and Waiver Agreement <br />agreeing to assessments for the NorthPointe Roadway and Utility Improvement Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />that WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and are directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the NorthPointe Roadway and Utility Improvement Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of August, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />ku S LVVicu1 and was duly seconded by Council Member RoeSu. and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />Kv s k A, Gam, TiotseA, Ra f e441 , '-( oeZz,T iw► <br />The following voted against same: <br />NOILL <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. e Bartell, City 1 lerk <br />
