CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-117 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR TASTY ASIA, 717 APOLLO DRIVE, SUITE 140 <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for a wine and 3.2 beer license from <br />Diana and Chakib Benzakour, owners of Tasty Asia at 717 Apollo Drive, Suite 140; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br />meets the requirements of the City Code and Minnesota State Statutes for the type of <br />licenses requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine and beer license for Tasty Asia subject to all <br />the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal government <br />and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of October 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterru upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman , Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, City C erk <br />Jeff Reinert, / a o <br />
