<br />INTRODUCTION
<br />Staff is requesting authorization to order the improvement, accept bids and award bids for the NorthPointe
<br />Street and Utility Improvement Project contract.
<br />BACKGROUND
<br />Bids were received for the above -referenced project on Thursday, October 9, 2014, and were
<br />opened and read aloud. Fifteen bids were received. The bids were checked for mathematical
<br />accuracy and tabulated.
