CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-127 <br />Approving Sunday Liquor Sales for Hammerheart Brewery <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year. The <br />licensing period for Sunday sales for Hammerheart will begin November 1, 2014 and following <br />with the normal licensing schedule; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve liquor sales; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the Sunday liquor application that has been <br />submitted and verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for the license; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the Sunday liquor sales, with said approval contingent <br />upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of October, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reiner+ <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Rein: , r ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />u anne Bartell, 1 ity lerk <br />
