CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-132 <br />APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LINO LAKES DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a land use application for Preliminary Plat for Lino Lakes <br />Development hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the "Development" based on the revised plan <br />set dated October 14, 2014 prepared by River Valley Architects and CEI Engineering Associates <br />and received by the City on October 15, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on October 8, 2014 <br />meeting and the Board recommended approval of the "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, the "Development" is in compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan, Zoning <br />and Subdivision Ordinances and other land use controls as detailed in the Planning & Zoning <br />Staff Report dated October 8, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11-14 to rezone the property from GB, General Business to R-4. <br />High Density Residential was approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14-133 to allow for a conditional use permit for an assisted -living <br />facility was approved by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the regulations and performance standards of the zoning ordinance and R-4 High <br />Density Residential District will be in effect unless otherwise stated in this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, a land use application for Final Plat and a Development Contract shall be required. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the preliminary plat for Lino Lakes Development, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. All conditions of Resolution No. 14-133 approving the conditional use permit shall be <br />met prior to approval of the final plat. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Roeser, Rafferty, Kusterman, Reinert <br />1 <br />
