CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-140 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10-14 FOR PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 10- <br />14, amending Chapter 1007 of the City Code- Zoning Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10-14 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 10-14, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for <br />publication according to State Law and City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, Kusterman, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />u ' : nne Bartell, City lerk <br />
