CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-143 <br />APPROVING WORK ORDER NO. 4 AND FINAL PAYMENT NO. 8 FOR THE LAKE & <br />MAIN / BIRCH & WARE SIGNAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 12-95 of the Council adopted September 10, 2012, awarding <br />the contract for the Lake/Main & Birch/Ware Intersection Signal Improvement <br />project to Valley Paving, Inc. and subsequent work order approvals; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 8 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Work Order No. 4 and Payment Request No. 8 (Final) are approved for a final contract amount <br />of $1,704,320.13. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 15th day of December, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />a R ne Bartell, Citi Clerk <br />
