CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-156 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE OTTER LAKE ROAD <br />EXTENSION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 13-28 of the Council adopted March 11, 2013, awarding the <br />contract for the Otter Lake Road Extension project to Arnt Construction, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Payment Request No. 8 (Final) are approved for a final contract amount of $325,163.31. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 15 day of December, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />nne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff Reine , a or <br />
