CONSENT AGENDA ITEM D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Al Rolek <br />MEETING DATE: December 15, 2014 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 14-157, Resolution Amending the City of <br />Lino Lakes Flexible Spending Accounts Plan <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The council is being asked to amend the City of Lino Lakes Flexible Spending Accounts <br />Plan effective January 1, 2015. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />�- It is recommended that the city's Flexible Spending Accounts Plan be amended to <br />incorporate any changes that may have occurred. The last plan document was updated in <br />2014. <br />The following resolution incorporates one change to the current plan document. It is: <br />• The Plan changes the maximum contribution amount for Medical (out of <br />pocket) Expenses from $2,500 to $2,550 effective January 1, 2015. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve change to city's Flexible Spending Accounts Plan effective January 1, 2015. <br />
