CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-73 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT <br />EASEMENTS, BIRCH STREET UTILITY AND TURN LANE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 15-17 adopted the 23rd day of February, 2105, the City <br />Council ordered the Birch Street Utility and Turn Lane Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project will require the acquisition of various easements; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, a Minnesota municipal corporation, acting by and through <br />the City Council, is authorized by law to acquire real estate which is needed for public use or <br />purpose; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Council hereby authorizes the acquisition of a permanent easement and temporary <br />easement in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and made apart hereof, in the amount <br />of $2,537.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2015 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
