COUNCIL MINUTES June 8, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />226 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 15-63 as presented. Council Member <br />227 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />228 <br />229 6E) Resolution No. 15-53, Authorizing Feasibility Study for the Development of a Water <br />230 Reuse /Irrigation System- City Engineer Hankee noted that the question of moving ahead with this <br />231 study was before the council last month. Since that time the matter has been before the <br />232 Environmental Board and they were quite positive and excited about the idea of a grant to study this <br />233 and the overall concept of keeping water in the area through a recycling process. Mayor Reinert <br />234 noted that this study is about looking within a development that has 39 acres of ponding and studying <br />235 the possibility of using that water for irrigation. <br />236 <br />237 Council Member Stoesz said he will vote in favor of going ahead with the study in the spirit of <br />238 gaining information but fundamentally he thinks the role should be a private (developer) one. <br />239 <br />240 The council wants to make sure risk factors are included in the study. <br />241 <br />242 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 15-53 as presented. Council Member <br />243 Stoesz seconded the motion.
