CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-42 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR ELWOODS, 7997 LAKE DRIVE, SUITE 3 <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for a wine and 3.2 beer license from <br />Clayton Gratz, owner of Elwoods at 7997 Lake Drive, Suite 3; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said application and upon approval of second <br />reading of Ordinance No. 02-15, Amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 700, to <br />allow issuance of more than one on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses per individual, Mr. <br />Gratz will be meet the requirements of the City Code and Minnesota State Statutes for the <br />type of licenses requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine and beer license for Elwoods subject to all the <br />fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal government and <br />the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of June, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
