a. A Consent to Plat is required from the mortgage holder. This shall be <br />drafted by the developer, approved by the City and recorded. <br />b. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated between Lots 1 & 2 and <br />Lots 2 & 3. <br />9. Site signage shall be brought into compliance prior to release of the final plat for <br />recording. <br />10.
