Our professional staff focuses on project communication, schedule and project delivery. <br />Our construction services scope of work includes the following tasks: <br />• Project Management <br />• Contract Administration <br />• Construction Observation <br />• Construction Staking <br />• Materials Testing Coordination <br />The engineering fee to complete the Birch Street & Centerville Road Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />Extension Project is as follows: <br />Project Management $ 1,277 (Hourly not to exceed) <br />Contract Administration $ 9,774 (Hourly not to exceed) <br />Construction Observation $ 13,936 (Hourly) <br />Construction Staking $ 12,496 (Hourly not to exceed) <br />Materials Testing Coordination $ 1,078 (Hourly not to exceed) <br />Total Fee $ 38,561 <br />Our construction observation fees are estimated hourly based on a twenty (20) hour work week and <br />the contractor substantially completing the work in ten (10) weeks.
