The developer is also proposing to remove 4 guest parking stalls. Staff and the Planning & <br />Zoning Board do not recommend removal of the guest parking stalls. Instead, they shall be <br />replaced with porous pavers. <br />Final Plat <br />A land use application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Turnberry Crossing 2nd Addition shall <br />be required. At such time, the existing drainage and utility easement over Lot 24 shall be <br />vacated by the City Council. A new standard drainage and utility easement shall be dedicated <br />over the amended Lot 24 with the final plat for Turnberry Crossing 2nd Addition. The developer <br />shall also enter into a Development Agreement and other documents as the City deems <br />necessary. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Board and staff recommend approval of the amended PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Turnberry Crossing subject to the conditions <br />listed in Resolution No. 15-46. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
