CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION April 27, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />46 Item 3A) Consider Resolution No. 15-42, Approving On -Sale Wine and Beer <br />47 License with Sunday Sales for Elwood's — City Clerk Bartell noted that an individual <br />48 has applied for a 3.2 beer and wine license but staff has just today determined that the <br />49 individual is not eligible for the requested license because he already holds an off -sale <br />50 license in the city. The city code doesn't allow for more than one license. <br />51 The recommendation at this time is for the council to refer the matter back to staff. <br />52 <br />53 Item 6A) Consider Resolution No. 15-45, Granting Conservation Easement to the <br />54 Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) and Approving a Wetland Buffer <br />55 Maintenance Agreement- Community Development Director Grochala noted approvals <br />56 received from the RCWD Board and staff is working on related conditions.
