BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES April 27, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 BOARD OF APPEAL <br />4 <br />5 DATE : April 27, 2015 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:15 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 6:20 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Roeser, Rafferty, <br />9 Kusterman and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karlson; City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />13 Anoka County Assessor Staff present: Peggy Nordrum, Appraiser; Scott Schutz, Residential <br />14 Appraiser. <br />15 <br />16 Mayor Reinert called the meeting to order. <br />17 <br />18 Anoka County Appraiser Schutz explained that Anoka County staff has taken a few phone calls from <br />19 property owners with questions. He believes they were able to answer all questions to their <br />20 satisfactions. <br />21 <br />22 The council had reviewed the official board report at a recent work session. <br />23 <br />24 There were no property owners present who wished to address the Board of Appeal. <br />25 <br />26 ADJOURN <br />27 <br />28 Council Member Rafferty moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Council Member Kusterman <br />29 seconded the motion.
