(m) Financial Institutions, Banks, Savings and Loan. Four (4) spaces for every one <br />thousand (1,000) square feet. <br />(n) Health Club. One (1) space per two (2)exercise stations (e.g., strength machine or <br />cardio vascular) plus one (1) space per employee on the largest shift plus additional parking for <br />ancillary uses (e.g., gyms, auditoriums, offices, restaurants). <br />(o) Retail Store and Service Establishment. At least one (1) off-street parking space <br />for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area. <br />(p) Shopping Centers. Five and one-half (5-1/2) spaces per each one thousand (1.000) <br />square feet of gross leasable floor area (exclusive of common areas) <br />(q) Retail Sales and Service Business with F (50) Percent or More of Gross Floor <br />area Devoted to Storage, Warehouses and/or Industry. At least eight (8) spaces or one (1) space <br />for each two hundred (200) square feet devoted to public sales or service, plus one (1) space for <br />each five hundred (500) square feet of storage area. <br />(r) Restaurants, Cafes, Private Clubs Serving Food and/or Drinks, Bars, On -Sale <br />Nightclubs. Ten (10) spaces for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of dining room, plus one <br />(1) space for each employee of the maximum work shift. <br />(s) Fast Food Restaurant. Fifteen (15) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of <br />gross floor area. <br />(t) Motels, Motor Hotels, Hotels. One (1) space per each rental unit plus one (1) space <br />for each eight (8) units, and one (1) space for each employee on any shift. <br />(u) Laundromats. Six (6) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor area. <br />(v) Motor Fuel Station. At least four (4) off-street parking spaces plus one (1) space <br />for each employee on duty. Those facilities designed for sale of other items than strictly <br />automotive products, parts or service shall be required to provide additional parking in <br />compliance with other applicable sections of this Ordinance. Parking at fuel pumps shall not be <br />allowed to satisfy the parking requirements. <br />(w) Auto Repair. Two (2) spaces per serving bay; the service bay is not a parking <br />space. <br />(x) Motor Vehicles Sales Lot. Four (4) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet <br />gross sales and office floor area of the building plus one (1) space per each two thousand (2,000) <br />square feet of gross land area. <br />3-57 <br />
