§1007.046 RELOCATED STRUCTURES. <br />Before any house or other structure is moved onto a vacant lot, an administrative permit <br />must be obtained in accordance with §1007.019 of this Ordinance. The Community <br />Development Department shall conduct a site plan review and determine whether the structure <br />will be compatible with other development in the area, and conform to all City codes and <br />ordinances. The Community Development Department may withhold issuance of an <br />administrative permit if it determines that the structure does not meet the performance standards <br />of this Ordinance. <br />3-66 <br />
