Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Lino Lakes City Charter, and the Lino Lakes <br />City Code, and upon a review of a study conducted by City Staff, the fee schedule for <br />City services and licensing is hereby amended by adding the following to the existing <br />utility fee structure: <br />2013 FEE SCHEDULE <br />UTILITY FEES <br />Vacant Buildings: Owners of a commercial/industrial building(s) connected to <br />City water and/or sewer utilities that are vacant due to business closures or other reasons <br />may apply to have the number of billed REU's reduced to one (1) REU for purposes of <br />calculating utility fees effective from the date the building(s) were vacated for as long as <br />the building(s) remain unoccupied. When the building(s) again becomes occupied the <br />owner must inform the City of such occupation, at which time the number of REU's will <br />be determined and utility fees assessed according to the c • - e: st • re. <br />Julianne Barte , City Clerk <br />Jeff Re e ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26 -Way of Aug, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member 0' Donnell and <br />upon vote bein,g taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, 0 Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
