Building Design Standards. <br />1. Floor Area. Buffer. Whcre a side or rear lot line in an R 3 District abuts an R, R X, R 1, <br />R 1X, R EC, or R 2 District, or public road right of way, a landscape buffer <br />or rear lot line and shall contain landscaping, planting, berming or other <br />screening suitable to provide an effective visual screen. <br />E. Height Regulations. No building shall be erected or structurally altered to exceed <br />the height of the greater of three stories or thirty-six (36) feet in height except as <br />allowed by Section 3, Subd. 4.C. <br />
