All areas in which animals are confined are located indoors and are <br />properly soundproofed from adjacent properties. <br />b. Animal carcasses are properly disposed of in a manner not utilizing <br />on-site garbage facilities or incineration and the carcasses are <br />properly refrigerated during periods prior to disposal. <br />c.
