1st Reading: <br />1/ 1 0/ 1 <br />1 <br />Publication: <br />2/ 1/ 1 1 <br />2r1- Reading: <br />a <br />Effective: <br />3/3/11 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved for adoption of the following <br />ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 05-11 <br />Amending Title 500, Chapter 507 of the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances <br />relating to Solid Waste Collection. <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. That Section 507.04, subpart (2)(c) of the above -entitled ordinance be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />507.04 RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION REQUIRED <br />(2)(c) No collection of garbage, refuse, yard waste and/or recyclable materials <br />shall be made except between the hours of 6:00 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Saturday, with no collection on Sunday, except under extenuating <br />circumstances including poor weather conditions or natural disasters. Customers <br />shall be reasonably notified of the specific day for the collection of their garbage, <br />refuse and/or recyclables and the licensee shall collect the materials on those <br />days. <br />Section 2. That Section 507.05 of the above -entitled ordinance be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />507.05 COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION REQUIRED <br />(2)(d) No collection of garbage, refuse, yard waste and/or recyclable materials <br />shall be made except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Saturday, with no collection on Sunday, except under extenuating <br />circumstances including poor weather conditions or natural disasters.
