This ordinance is intended to meet the current construction site erosion <br />and sediment control and post -construction stormwater management regulatory <br />requirements for construction activity and small construction activity (NPDES Permit) as <br />defined in 40 Code of Federal Regulations pt. 122.26(b)(14)(x) and (b)(15), respectively. <br />
