1012.04. PERMITS AND FEES. <br />The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as <br />authorized in Minnesota Statutes 326B.37. Any inspection or handling fees <br />will be payable to the City of Lino Lakes. Fees shall be established by <br />ordinance of the City Council. <br />1012.05. NOTICE AND APPEAL. <br />All notices of violations and orders issued under this ordinance shall be in <br />conformance with Minn. Stat. § 326B.36, subd. 4. <br />1012.06. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. <br />A violation of the Minnesota Electrical Act is a misdemeanor. (M.S. <br />326B.082, subd. 16). <br />1012.07. SUNSET. <br />This ordinance shall be revoked without further action of the city council <br />once the Department of Labor and Industry is funded for the 2011 fiscal year by <br />legislative enactment of a state budget. <br />SECTION 2. FEE SCHEDULE <br />That the City Fee Schedule be amended in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Attest: Julianne Ba <br />I, City Clerk <br />Jeff Rei e ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11 h day of July, 2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by <br />
