that any attack on a child 14 years of age or younger shall be considered to be <br />unprovoked unless the child is engaged in an act that could reasonably be anticipated to <br />cause an animal to attack or bite. <br />Section 3. That Section 503.12, Subdivision 8, of the above -entitled ordinance be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />503.12 PROHIBITIONS. <br />(8) An owner of an animal must not fail to restrain the animal from inflicting or <br />attempting to inflict bodily injury on a person at any place or on a domestic animal off <br />the owner's property, except in the circumstances defined in §503.15 (3) (b), potentially <br />Section 4.
