1St Reading: 3/23/2009 <br />Publication: q -2t -2vv 1 <br />2nd Reading: 4/13/2009 <br />Effective: b - z I - Zoo 1 <br />Council Member nlinonnP1 i <br />ordinance: <br />moved for adoption of the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 03-09 <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-08 (THE 2009 FEE SCHEDULE) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Section 1. That the 2009 Fee Schedule (Ordinance No. 13-08) be amended as <br />follows: <br />BUSINESS AND MISCELLANEOUS <br />Burning permit $30.00 $50.00 <br />Rental License (annual) 50.00 for 1 or 2 units <br />$50.00 + $10 per unit for 3 or more units <br />(fee to be reduced by 50% if issued less <br />than six months from expiration date) <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />es Julianne Ba ell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13 day of April, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ga lup and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: O'Donnell, Gallup, Reinert, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
