In addition, it includes <br />rabbits normally sheltered outside the home. Any animal commonly accepted as <br />a domesticated household pet. Unless otherwise defined, such animals shall <br />include dogs, cats, caged birds including pigeons, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, <br />domesticated rabbits. fish, non-poisonous, non -venomous and non -constricting <br />reptiles or amphibians, and other similar animals. <br />Animals, Farm. Cattle, hogs, becs, sheep, goats, chickens; turkeys, horses <br />State of Minnesota. Any animal commonly associated with a farm or performing <br />work in an agricultural setting. Unless otherwise defined, such animals shall <br />include members of the equestrian family (horses, mules), bovine family (cows, <br />bulls), sheep, poultry (chickens, turkeys), fowl (ducks, geese), swine (excluding <br />Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs), goats, bees, and other animals associated with a <br />farm, ranch, or stable. <br />Farm. Real property used for commercial agriculture or horticulture. comprising <br />Farm Building. Sec Agricultural Farm Building. An accessory building <br />designed. constructed, used or intended to house farm implements or agriculture <br />areas, as defined by this Chapter, on an active farm operation of more than <br />twenty (20) acres. A Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Permit may be <br />required. <br />• <br />intended for use by the farm's owner, a relative of the owner, or a person <br />employed thereon. <br />
