That the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances Chapter 503 be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 503. ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS <br />503.01 DEFINITIONS. <br />KENNEL, PRIVATE. Any structure or premises on which between 3 (three) and 4 <br />(four) dogs, over six months of age, are kept for private enjoyment and not for monetary <br />gain. <br />503.09 LICENSE AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: <br />2. Limitations. No more than twe three (3) dogs over six (6) months of age shall be <br />kept on a property except as provided for in Section 503.10. <br />503.10 KENNEL LICENSES: COMMERCIAL AND PRIVATE. <br />1. General. Any person who owns, keeps, or allows the keeping of more than twe <br />three (3) dogs over six months of age on any parcel of land must first acquire a <br />kennel license from the city. A person who owns or operates a commercial kennel <br />or a private kennel must renew the license annually and comply with applicable <br />requirements herein. <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with Section 3.09 of the <br />City Charter. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
