S/ ZoD(o <br />C.(f.cchTan S 2do7 <br />`Pe corder : 19_04 <br />2ouncil MemberO' Donneliboved for adoption of the following ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11-06 <br />APPROVING REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 547 LOIS LANE <br />FROM R (RURAL) TO R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />(GOLDEN ACRE) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Section 1: Findings <br />The City Council makes the following findings regarding rezoning the property described below, based on the factors <br />listed in Section 2 of the Lino Lakes zoning ordinance: <br />1. The R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning designation will allow single family development in accordance with the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation for the site of Low Density Sewered Residential. <br />2. The surrounding area is similarly designated for Low Density Sewered Residential. <br />3. The proposed single family development has been reviewed and found to be conforming to all applicable city <br />standards. <br />4. The proposed development will be accommodated with existing public services and will not overburden the City's <br />service capacity. Municipal water and sanitary sewer are available to the site and sufficient capacity exists. <br />Traffic generation by proposed uses will be required to be within capabilities of streets serving the property. <br />Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on March 10, <br />2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from R (Rural) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) the following property: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Mar Don Acres according to the plat of record thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27`hNove ber 2006. <br />Joh Ber: - son, 1 ayor <br />ATTES : <br />uian - Bartell, City ler <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of November, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member Reiner rand upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
