Council Member Reinert moved for adoption of the following ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 12-06 <br />AN ORDINANCE RECONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND <br />BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />t"l r5 1- i2e ALIT n rl : Nov. Zo 0 <br />Thio skec t Pec S 1 Z -o 0(0 <br />-ve: .3-4L.t 5, L007 <br />I. <br />The real property described as: <br />Outlot F, D Erickson 2nd Addition <br />is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of the City has determined <br />that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes reconveyance of the parcel to the State of <br />Minnesota. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute any <br />documents as may be necessary in order reconvey the Property in accordance with the <br />requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />ATTEST: <br />uli : nne Bartell, i <br />y <br />rk <br />ohn Bergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes.
