That any person, corporation or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the property vacated reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto. Section 4 Furthermore, the city hereby accepts the following easements to replace those vacated by this ordinance: A 10 foot wide easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Oakwood View lying southerly of the northerly 10 feet of said Lots 6 and 7 and also lying northerly of the southerly 10 feet of said Lots 6 and 7; the centerline of said 10 foot wide strip being the following described line "A": Line "A" Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 7 (also being the southwest corner of said Lot 6); thence South 84 degrees 43 minutes 27 seconds West (Basis of Bearing: per plat of Oakwood View), along the S outherly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 6.47 feet to the Point of Beginning of the said Line "A" to be described; thence North 16 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds West 105.77 feet; thence North 03 degrees 21 minutes 53 seconds West 28.72 feet, to the northeast corner of said Lot 7 (also being the northwest corner of said Lot 6) and said Line "A" there terminating. All in Anoka County, Minnesota.
