(b.) The chief of the Centennial Fire District may detail such members of the fire <br />department as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br />Section 4. Permits and Fees. The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be <br />assessed for work governed by this code in accordance with the city's adopted fee <br />schedule and as set forth in the Minnesota State Fire Code. <br />Section 5. Penalties. A person who violates the provisions of the Minnesota State Fire <br />Code or this ordinance after being given written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Each day's violation after notice thereof shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Section 6. Ordinance Self -Perpetuating. This ordinance shall perpetually include the <br />most current edition of the Minnesota State Fire Code. <br />Section 7. Repeals. All ordinances and parts of ordinances that conflict therewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />Section 8. Effective Date of Ordinance.
