1s' Reading: 10/8/2007 <br />Published: 10/30/2007 <br />2"d Reading: 10/22/2007 <br />Effective: 1/1/2008 <br />To County Recorder <br />n/a <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />Reinert <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14-07 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY INCREASING THE <br />SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />The City Code of the City of Lino lakes, Section 203.01 Subdivision 1 is amended as <br />follows: <br />Pursuant to the provision and allowance of Minnesota State statute 415.11, the salary of <br />the Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be six thousand four hundred sixty dollars <br />($6,460) and the salary of each council member shall be five thousand one hundred <br />sixty nine dollars ($5,169) for the year beginning January 1, 2002. Salaries for each <br />subsequent two (3) years shall be as follows: <br />YEAR MAYOR COUNCIL <br />2008 $6,460 $5,169 <br />2009 $6,654 $5,324 <br />2010 $6,854 $5,483 <br />2008 - 2010 salaries have been adjusted to reflect a 3% annual increase. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2008 <br />Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of October, 2007 <br />er(eson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: Carlson, Stoltz <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
