The "PSP", Public -Semi Public District is designed and intended to aid in <br />guiding development towards fulfillment of the comprehensive plan to serve the <br />following functions. <br />i. To provide the community with properly located schools, colleges. and <br />health institutions. <br />ii. To provide the community with properly located public services and <br />utilities. <br />iii.
