ORDINANCE NO. 06 - 04 <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAG AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> ACROSS LOT 18, BLOCK 4, D. ERICKSON 2ND ADDITION <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate 10-feet of the existing 20-foot <br /> easement located in the backyard of lot 18, block 4, D. Erickson 2nd Addition, as shown on <br /> the attached drawing. <br /> Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on <br /> March 22, 2004 and April 12, 2004. <br /> Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br /> passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. <br /> Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 121h day of April, 2004. <br /> C�'� t <br /> Joh J.
