ORDINANCE NO, 23 - 04 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />ACROSS LOT 13, BLOCK 2, BLACK DUCK ESTATES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate the existing easement south of <br />the fence line located in the backyard of lot 13, block 2, Black Duck Estates, as shown on <br />the attached drawing. <br />Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on <br />October 12, 2004. <br />Section 3.
