CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11-05 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND <br />BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The City of Lino Lakes (the "City") and the YMCA of Greater St. Paul ("YMCA") <br />entered into a Development Agreement dated June 16, 2005 (the "Development <br />Agreement"). The Development Agreement provided, among other things, for the <br />conveyance, under certain terms and conditions, of certain property owned by the City <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, The Village No. 3 <br />(the "Property"). The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no <br />longer needed by the City for any public purpose, and that it is the best interest of the City <br />to convey the Property to the YMCA subject to the terms of this ordinance and the <br />Development Agreement. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the property to the YMCA, subject to any <br />additional terms and conditions of the Development Agreement. The mayor and city <br />clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute any documents as may be necessary in <br />order to sell the Property in accordance with this ordinance and the Development <br />Agreement. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in accordance with the <br />requirements of the city charter. <br />
