CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11-03 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900 OF THE CITY CODE <br />RELATING TO NUISANCES AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes hereby ordains that Section 901 .03 of the City Code, <br />Public Nuisances Affecting Peace & Safety, shall be amended as follows: <br />901 .03 Public Nuisances Affecting Peace and Safety. The following are <br />declared to be nuisances affecting public peace and safety: <br />(4) (a) Noise emanating from any use shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Standards, Minnesota Regulations MPC 7030, as amended; <br />(b) <br />gas powered machine or other power equipment except <br />• <br />or between the hours of 9 :00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on any <br />weekend or holiday; <br />No person shall engage in or permit construction activities <br />involving the use of any kind of electric, pneumatic, diesel or <br />gas -powered machine or other power equipment except as <br />follows: <br />7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday <br />9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday <br />no construction activity allowed Sunday & federal holidays <br />The restriction on working hours in this paragraph 901.03 <br />(4)(b) do not apply to persons working on their own existing <br />private residences. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon its adoption and publication according to <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />h <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this ji5 day of /11 <br />2003 <br />
