5. Traffic generation by the proposed use is within capabilities of streets serving the <br />property. The site is between a collector and an arterial roadway. The proposed <br />access to Ware is spaced as far away from 62nd St. as possible without seriously <br />impacting existing wetlands. Additional access would be from the existing Linda <br />Lane on the north. Ware Road will not be overburdened.
